We ship all orders as quickly as possible within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.  But, please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS to all 50 states, standard delivery with tracking. 

Once your order is successfully shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.. You can track the order here. 

The Dappled Pearl is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with USPS
• If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.
• Lost, damaged, or packages marked as delivered. To file a claim with the carrier, please click the following link:

The Dappled Pearl gladly accepts returns of  unworn,  unwashed,  undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 30 days* of the purchase date.

OVERVIEW: 

• All returns must be received *within 30 days* of the purchase date.
• Returns are for Store Credit only.
• Items should be  unworn,  unwashed,  undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
• FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. See list below.
• Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

FINAL SALE:

• Sale Category or items discounted 30% or greater
• BOGO,  Mystery Bags, Doorbusters, etc.
• Hats or Hair Accessories
• Jewelry
• **Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale.
